Hanover Manor HOA Board Meeting
July 18, 2023
In Attendance: Dan Glosier, President; Peter Bishop, Vice President; Diane Uhll, Treasurer; Clair Strelow-Johnson, Secretary
Dan called the meeting to order. Minutes of May 10, 2023 board approved.
Assessment for 2024 is set at $50 per year. Motion made to approve assessment, seconded, all were in favor. Dan will have the document notarized at City & Village.
Bi-annual registration. Diane will take care of this
Lien notices for unpaid assessments were considered and motion made to approve, seconded, all were in favor.
Discussed issuing 3rd quarter fines for shed violations. Motion made to approve sending letters for shed violations, seconded, all were in favor. Letters will be sent out by City-Village.
Annual meeting set for September 6th, 7:00 pm, St. Cletus Parrish Hall. Agenda, ballot and proxy form will be mailed out to homeowners prior to the meeting.
No one has indicated interest in running for either of the two vacancies on the Board, so Diane and Clair will be unopposed.
Discussion that the entrance sign still needs some landscaping, i.e., brick edging redone and new rock installed. Money is available in the budget, and Clair will ask for volunteers via our Facebook page and at the meeting to help with that. Sometime in October would be best to work on the landscaping.
Motion made to adjourn, seconded and all were in favor.
