This is a reminder that all Assessments were due January 1, 2023 and are delinquent as of February 1, 2023. If you have not yet submitted your $50 assessment, please do so as soon as possible. This yearly fee pays for maintenance and insurance on our neighborhood’s two common ground areas, as well as maintenance and upkeep of our subdivision monument located at Penbrooke and Zumbehl.
